del comune di Gavi

Produced with Cortese grapes from the zone of Novi Ligure (AL). Gavi del Comune di Gavi The vines, trained with the guyot method, are about 15-18 years old and yield approximately 90-100 quintals per hectare. The grapes are generally harvested in early September.

The grapes are collected in baskets and immediately taken to the cellar for soft pressing.
